If you ever have the unlikely problem of having to use up chocolate that’s been hanging around (you’re weird) – this recipe is dead easy and will go down a treat. Any kind of chocolate will work, we just prefer Toblerone.
- 3/4 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 can Nestlé Top ‘n’ Fill Caramel (more if you really like an intense caramel flavor)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 200 grams Toblerone chocolate
In a food processor, chop up chocolate into a mixture of both fine and chunky pieces. Remove chocolate, set aside. In the same food processor bowl (don’t bother washing out the bowl), add all the other ingredients and give it a whizz until well blended. Pour this mixture into your ice cream machine bowl.
Once the mixture is ready, pour into a tray or container, stir through chocolate pieces and then set in the freezer. Freeze until solid.
Before serving, allow ice cream to sit in room temperature for a few minutes. Enjoy!
