Mum recently bought a sprout growing gadget from India and she had no idea how to use it. To be honest, I don’t think she even knew what it was, she probably thought it was a set of tupperwares. So I’m now the proud owner of this strange looking gadget, I wish she’d give away money as generously as she gives away her impulsive purchases.
The instructions were printed all over the box, in no particular order. Some on the sides, some on the bottom – some sentences had been cut off when the cardboard was folded over. However, inside the box was a single sheet headed ‘Instructions’. I was quite thrilled by the one-pager and had hopes of it being as easy to follow as an Ikea manual.
The sheet simply read ‘follow method printed on box’.
Anyway, with much effort and googling I worked it out, and 2 days later, we had sprouts! I wasn’t sure what to make it them, so Mangy suggested a salad.
