Asparagus Chips

These chips are incredible, a little bitter and sweet at the same time. I could not stop eating them and they couldn’t be easier. Simply snap off the woody end of a few asparagus spears. Slice the asparagus as thin as you can. Heat some oil and fry the chips off. They do take awhile to crisp up, but are so worth it. I didn’t bother with any seasoning. Enjoy!
